How the closing fee works (all packages)
Randy brings the buyer: 0.5% at closing, whatever type of representation the buyer has.
Randy represents the buyer in agency (only if the buyer hires him): whatever the buyer contract negotiates, in place of the 0.5%, with a minimum of 0.5%.
Someone else brings the buyer: no closing fee. You pay only the up-front package price.
