Are you looking for the right piece of land to build or play on? This past few years has been quite challenging and down right frustrating for many folks looking to buy in New Hampshire. I can't promise to make more land available, but I can promise to take a deep dive into the "right parcel" to give you a comprehensive overview so that you can make the best decision about whether to buy or pass. I use tools like GIS mapping to look at soils, wetlands, access and zoning. But not every need is the same and what may be a good fit for your plans, may not work for another. Every parcel is unique and many times I've found hidden gems not even the seller knew about.
Sellers
I talk to folks all across the state that may have bought property, or perhaps inherited property and, although had many plans for it, have found over the years that either life circumstances changed or perhaps time has gotten away from them. There are a few folks who bought land with the intention of building their dream home to find that either zoning, access, or environmental issues, like wetlands or shallow ledge, have foiled their plans.
I specialize in land, both residential and commercial. I have the tools to get you the most in-depth understanding of your property. I use mapping software to get a comprehensive look at the topography, soil, boundary, and access to the property. This also allows me to see where wetlands may be present. I research zoning and road classifications to see what potential development can be done. All of these factors combined give you the most realistic value of your land.
